I wanted to take the comic a little more seriously so decided to add small bits of character back-stories to the mix.
These stories have changed slightly since this strip was uploaded; Shelbie was sent to the surface of Earth on a mission to destroy Lacie, whom she ended up falling in love with. She also completely forgot her original mission due to her being, well, a moron.
Lacie’s origins have stayed intact. She was kicked out of Hell because, well, she’s a lazy sack of shit.
