Hello!

Apologies for not replying to comments or making blog entries recently. May has been one hell of a month! On top of work, the gym, and preparing for my girlfriend’s birthday, I’ve also been making up midterm exams, marking said exams, revising scripts and playing a lead role in a home-made movie with some friends, freelance work for old jobs, and trying to get more than a week of buffer strips for Crazy Sunshine drawn and uploaded – I have forgotten what free time feels like!

And on top of all that, I came down with a bad cold, spending the first 3 hours of Monday morning in a hospital getting examined for the flu. Luckily, it was just a common cold, but a very nasty one at that.

Multipacks of medication later and I am feeling a little bit better. Thanks for all your support!

Crazy Sunshine also had a bit of tumble when it was taken offline on Sunday. This was followed by nasty little comments on the Toxic Caves comic strip. While the network reported a DDOS (hacking) attempt, whether these two are related or not is a mystery. I would like to point out though, that I have spoken with my host, and have decided to back up Crazy Sunshine’s database. I have a full, manual comicpress, wordpress and database backup on a disconnected USB drive, and virtual backups being made and sent directly to me every week. Additionally, all material including finalized strips, extras, and just about anything on the site has been backed up too.

So, if anyone decides to DDOS the site again, please don’t. You are wasting your time.

All seriousness aside, have a great week! Tell me about some of the illnesses you’ve encountered in your life (if you like!)
