WebcomicZ is another site I didn’t mention, but it’s kinda comatose right now. The original owner sold the site and has been having problems fixing a few bugs before the change of hands, so no one can join the site and new comics can only pop up from existing members. It still would be a good one to watch, just in case it gets fixed.
OH! And there’s a directory site that’s in Japanese, so you might be able to use that too, considering where you live and all. It’s called Web Comic Ranking.
